Little Hands Hawaii ("we", "us") runs littlehandshawaii.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site, buy from us or join our email list, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number and order details when you buy; your name and email address when you join our email list; anything you write to us; and reviews you post.
- Payment details: entered at our checkout and processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card number.
- What we collect automatically: your device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, the pages and products you view, what you add to your cart and how you reached our site. We collect this with cookies, pixels and similar tools.
- Email activity: whether you open or click our emails, so we can send what's useful and stop sending what isn't.
How we use it
- To take and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, and handle returns and exchanges.
- To answer your questions.
- To send marketing emails if you've signed up (see "Email marketing" below).
- To run, secure and improve our site, including preventing fraud.
- To show you our ads on other sites and apps, where the law allows and you haven't opted out.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Email marketing
You join our email list when you sign up on our site (for example, through our sign-up pop-up), tick the email box at checkout, or sign up with us in person. We send news, product information and offers. Our emails are sent through Klaviyo, which stores your email address, name, how you signed up and your email activity on our behalf.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email info@littlehandshawaii.com. When you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a do-not-email list so you aren't added again by mistake. Order and shipping emails aren't marketing, so you'll still get them while you have an order with us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run our business, and only for that work:
- Shopify, which runs our online store, checkout and payments
- Klaviyo, which sends our emails and runs our sign-up forms
- Okendo and Endorsal, which collect and show product and store reviews
- GoAffPro, which runs our affiliate program
- Shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS, to deliver your order
- Google and Meta, for site analytics and advertising, through their tags on our site
- Other apps that run parts of our site, such as our Instagram feed
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or our customers, or if our business is sold or merged. If you buy our products on Amazon, Amazon's privacy notice covers that purchase.
Ads and analytics
Google and Meta tags on our site help us measure visits and show our ads to people likely to be interested. You can limit this with the cookie banner on our site (where it appears), your browser settings, Google's My Ad Center (https://myadcenter.google.com), Facebook's ad preferences (https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences) and the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page (https://optout.aboutads.info).
Cookies
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We use them to keep your cart and checkout working, remember your preferences, understand how our site is used and measure our ads. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, though parts of our site, such as the cart, may then stop working.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal reasons. We keep your email marketing details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, apart from the do-not-email record described above.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. Email info@littlehandshawaii.com. We'll reply within the time the law requires and may need to confirm it's you. Depending on where you live (for example California or another US state, Canada, the UK or the European Economic Area), you may have further rights, such as receiving a copy of your information or complaining to your data protection authority. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.
Children
Our products are made for families, but our site and emails are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Where your information is stored
We and our service providers may store and process your information in the United States and other countries.

2. Terms of service
Replace the whole current text: today the Terms page holds privacy-policy wording and a "Website URL" placeholder, and there are no terms of sale. The promotions section matches how the email codes work: unique, one per customer, one code per order, and a welcome code for first orders only. Each email states its own end date.

These terms apply when you use littlehandshawaii.com or buy from us. Little Hands Hawaii ("we", "us") is based at 74-887 Paihi St, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740, United States. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping policy and our Refund policy.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. We confirm every order by email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or the order looks fraudulent. We show our products as accurately as we can, but colors vary from screen to screen.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and our payment providers.
Shipping, returns and exchanges
Our Shipping policy and Refund policy explain delivery times, costs, returns and exchanges. They are part of these terms.
Using our products
Use our sunscreens as directed on the Drug Facts label and our skin care as directed on its label. For babies under 6 months, ask a doctor before using sunscreen. If you have sensitive skin, try a small amount first. Stop use and ask a doctor if a rash or irritation develops.
Promotions and discount codes
- Each offer's own details, including what it covers and when it ends, appear in the email or on the page where it's offered. Where they differ from these terms, the offer's details apply.
- Unless the offer says otherwise, each code can be used once per customer, and only one code can be used per order.
- Codes can't be exchanged for cash, applied to past orders or combined with other offers unless the offer says so.
- Welcome codes are for a first order only.
- Codes we send by email are meant for you. Please don't post or share them.
- We may end or change an offer early if it's misused, shared publicly or published in error, and we may cancel orders that use a code against its terms.
- If you return something bought with a discount, we refund the amount you actually paid.
If you join our email list, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any of our emails. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Reviews and content you send us
When you post a review or send us photos or comments, you confirm they're your own and describe your real experience. You let us show them on our site, in our emails and on social media, with the name you posted under. We may decline or remove anything offensive, off-topic or not based on a genuine experience.
Our content
The text, photos, logos and designs on our site belong to Little Hands Hawaii or are used with permission. Please ask before using them for anything commercial.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, United States.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
